Tutorial for Email signature setup for Outlook app for Windows and Web
1. Open new E mail message
2. In the New Email window select Signature > Signatures (drop down)
3. Click New > Name the signature > click OK
4. Go to inbox and copy a colleague’s signature from a previous email
5. Paste the copied signature under Edit signature
6. Edit signature with personal information > Name and Position
7. Under Choose Default Signature > select the saved signature for new message & Replies/ forward > click OK
Tutorial for Email signature setup for Outlook Web
1. Navigate to settings (gear icon) > View all outlook settings
2. Select Mail tab > select Compose and reply > enter name under Edit signature name
3. Go to inbox and copy a colleague’s signature from a previous email
4. Paste the copied signature
5. Edit signature with personal information > Name and Position
6. Under Select default signatures > select the saved signature for new message & Replies/ forward > click Save
